Suggested Use
For best results, place the patch on clean, dry skin. Remove the printed liner, then firmly press the adhesive side of the patch firmly onto the skin.
Place directly on the skin. The patch can be placed on your upper arm, chest, or a soft area of the back. Do not place the patch on hair, scars, or damaged skin.
The patch can be worn continuously for up to 8 hours. Then, it should be removed in the morning.
The FSA recommends no more than 70mg CBD a day unless under medical direction.
